One of the beautiful Divya Desam in Kumbakonam. We went around 12pm before the temple closes for noon. Somehow got Dharshan and saw the famous Kal Garudan also. Lord here is called Srinivasa Perumal and the temple is called Natchiyar Koil as per Thayar’s Father. One has to climb few steps from the entrance to see Lord Vishnu. If elders are visiting, they can accompany someone along with them.
We have also been asked to eat Lunch at the temple premises itself. Food was nice and the serving staff were also kind. Probably it may need maintenance in the hand wash area.

Amazing Temple with a great history. This is one of the temples where Goddess is first and Foremost . The temple also houses an unique Kal(Stone)Garudan who posses hisiwn history and how the Garuda God becomes heavy and then reduces in weight during procession
