The trainer come owner of the gym who is mehul is a very good trainer has great knowledge and actually gives good knowledge and the reason behind every workout I do.always there to help and correct the postures. The atmosphere in the gym is very good and very motivating.The behaviour of mehul is very good.The equipments are very good there.Hands down one of the best gyms in town.Would definately recommend everyone to join there

Compared to other big commercial gyms I visited, this gym has great training and strength training culture. Every member motivates and helps each other. Great guidance and great environment

If one is concerned about proper training with guidance, even being a general member, there's no best gym in Kolkata so far I worked as a fitness trainer. I'm a power lifter too, Mehul is my coach from the very beginning, I only come to the gym to get the real taste of training leaving those lavish gyms behind.
How do you train it does matter only! Rest are show off!
