Horrible experience in Asha Ladies Beauty Parlour. I went there for my upper lips and eyebrows threading. And one of their worker burned my upper lips with hot wax. After I came back home I realised some burning sensation. Next day I went their again to tell that how can someone be so unprofessional. They apologized and said "din bhar kaam karke thak jati hai isliye galti hogaya". And I thought it would be fine in someday. As my wedding is in after some months. But I got stubborn burn marks that doesn't go away after applying anti pigmentation cream. So today I again called them to ask for a solution and the owner has completely denied their fault and said "tum jhut bol Rahi ho tumhare pass koi proof nahi hai. Yeh mere worker ka kaam nahi hai. Tumko Jo karna hai karlo"
Very unprofessional, unethical and rude behaviour by the owner and workers.

Quite good service at a reasonable rate. Do not expect too much salon like treatment as it is a very small parlor. Service is very smooth n good. Staff behaviour is quite good. It's a small place. Anyday if you are in hurry Nd don't wanna wait for parlour appointment, Asha is the place. Easily accessible by bus, auto from central avenue, as well as from Howrah side, in case you take a ferry Nd come this side.

Never call them for home service.. They did horrible service.
