Very Poor Service., unreliable and unprofessional
Collection agent for blood test has entered a wrong phone number in RTPCR test (for my travel). On highlighting the mistake, he mentioned it cannot be changed. This is contrary to what the customer care agent said and later changed.
When security guys in airport scanned the report, OTP went on wrong number and hence they could not validate. They further requested to let us with the numbers on the report.
1. No-one from the centre picked the phone
2. The agent who collected the same too did not pick the phone
3. Call centre finally picked but said they do not have access to result.
Based on confirmation from CC guys, i was able to proceed with my international flight.
