When you pay x amount at the lounge to access all its facilities it’s really disappointing to see none of the food facilities are there, the staff is shouting.

We took the lounge facility from 12:30 am to 5:30 am.
The whole point of it is to have all facilities available but none were there. If I have to come at a certain time, to receive certain facilities then what is the point of a 24 hr lounge.
They even switched off all the lights, what is someone wants to read a book?

Anyway, I don’t think you should avail the lounge if you’re gonna avail it at night. Especially after 12.

Terrible experience. Waste of money.

You should rather avail the upper class waiting room which is just located near this executive lounge. Better value for money.

Rs 50 per person per hour for sitting in this ac lounge.. The ambience is good.
The washroom is clean, if they accept credit card & offer free lounge then it would be better

Nice place to have some rest, food and to get freshen up before/after a timesome train journey. Toilet is very clean. Though waiting lounge is for all (at 50/- per hour per head), the dormitory is only available for males. No separate charges for using toilet or bathroom.
