I had a very bad experience with Mr.Shiva in the reception to expect room cleaning or services.
He thinks he is the owner and he doesn't know how to behave with customers.
Pros:
Good food was available for Lunch and dinner.
Cons:
Room cleaning is very bad.
Online payments are not accepted.
Few reception staff behavior was very rude.
Because of the Reception staff & room cleaning, I am providing a 2-star rating, Remaining all are good.
Requesting #VasaviCommunityTeam to change the reception members for community growth.

Good room service but there is no breakfast provided lunch is good (Andhra style) serves around 1:30PM which is a bit late....happy with the food

We stayed 4members for 9nights this satram, nice accommodation, good food-free meals &night dinner.
