I had a terrible experience with MakeMyTrip while attempting to book a hotel through their app. I had booked a hotel in advance, but unfortunately, I was unable to check-in due to some unforeseen circumstances. When I contacted the hotel to request a cancellation, the manager's behavior was completely unacceptable.

From the outset, the manager was rude and unprofessional, and he made it clear that he had no interest in helping me. He was not willing to listen to my concerns and instead told me in a dismissive tone that I should not come to the hotel at all. His behavior was extremely disappointing and made me feel like I was not valued as a customer.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact MakeMyTrip for assistance, I was met with an equally unhelpful response. The customer service representative seemed disinterested in my issue and offered no assistance in resolving the matter.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MakeMyTrip and the hotel. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money on their services, I expected much better. The lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the manager and the company has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend MakeMyTrip to anyone based on my recent experience. Their customer service is subpar, and the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. If you want a hassle-free booking experience and great service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Worst refund cycle... airline refunds in a day to MMT but MMT transfer after 5 days. Shame.

Website service and IVR support isn't useless but I was able to process my request very soon from their office.
