Do not book this hotel even if it is emergency. Poor management. No hot water available in the bathroom, bathroom doors are broken, cleanliness is worst, no clean sheets for bed and while checking out correct amount wasn’t mentioned in the bill what I gave, inspite of informing about the emergency issue in Care Hospital which is right in-front of it; the person responsible did not care to inform about the rest of the charges and check out time and wanted me to pay for the inconvenience that I faced as if there wasn’t enough inconvenience already existing. Fan wasn’t running properly, AC looked like it was there just for the show the entrance to this hotel is through staircase which isn’t safe and have to climb till 3rd floor with no elevator available. They say rooms aren’t available but don’t fall for it and wait just to get the least of your expectations, instead book another place to stay for better experience.

Don't go look by looks.
The hospitality is worse and the beds, bedsheets everything have stains on it, when we ask to change they refused. Place is not hygienic and not worth to pay thousands, and the staff is unprofessional, so unwelcoming and you'll get many disgusting stares if you are with some other gender. It's absolutely disgusting. I feel anyone can find better hotel in that area.

Whoever wants to live in a smelly and totally cleanless room. Please directly go for it. They don't help you to change the room even if the room is totally unclean. You can clearly see the dirty marks and room will be totally ugly. In one week stay these guys didn't cleaned room atleast once also. There is nothing, you can better sleep in a bus stand or in a platform rather than staying here.
