First of all this ia an residency in ground floor compact and rectangular party hall is there and there is no seperate space for dinning hall and car parking. Enough for small birthday party max to max 50 people can be at a time.

Okay had a marriage in the place. Place is good
1. Rooms are very small i.e it has king size bed and just space to move around the bed , A tv
2.It has suite room which is considerably large
3.The hall in ground floor is pretty good for small functions and has 6 AC fitted all in working condition
4. Toilets are there in ground floor but very small and dont have mirrors and are not maintained properly
5.It is located in Jam bazaar so it is usually crowded
6.There is no parking space ....

Worst experience with this booking which I did via OYO. They refused to check in saying they didn't have water in their hotel which was a nonsense excuse while I was trying to contact oyo customer care. They allowed another couple who came in and checked in. I realised they gave excuse and didn't allow me to check-in because I made online payment. If they didn't want oyo customers then they shouldn't takeup their booking. Mean people who wasted my time and made me stand no where who had come to Chennai from out of station.
