If you really intend to have a Peaceful Pilgrimage....DON'T book Ajwa Tours and Travels for Umrah.

I recently went for umrah on early May'23.
From Flight travel itself...they shown their real face.
They are Cheaters. Worst in Attitude and behavior.

Particularly the Guy Mubarak, who is deputed as manager in mecca region. Purely money minded and rude. He treat all Hajis like his servant and He is the Boss.

Quality of Food they provides in Mecca is horrible.

Comparatively....Food and accommodation in Madhina is OK.

Allah may clean their Dirty mind....
Let them find many other businesses to make money, rather than wearing a mask of Hajj and Umrah service.

This one of the worst travel’s recently they have involved in sending gold jewels to innocent passengers as a business dont ever choose this travels if you want your holy trip to be a peaceful one. They person in Madina name Ajmath and mubarak in mecca and owner in Chennai are a cheaters they dont do service just kind of business.

If you charging more money compared to others, you should provide better facilities. In the name of ajwa why you guys combining with some other umra travels.
I can say wherever extra amount you charged from me is Haram to you and who are all working in Ajwa umra travels.
Food is the main concern for aged people's. Please provide properly without fail..
