I am staying here since 3yrs and this is very economical place to stay in such expensive area like Chennai.
This guest house have hostel like environment.
Only boys are allowed, toilets bathroom are common for all and it is cleaned by staff's everyday.
Two people sharing rooms available with approx 2500 each including electric bill.
You have to purchase drinking water at ₹40 per can .
Everything is good here,manager is cool and supportive.
The only cons here is ,it is located in the centre of vegetable market which will cause high noise at market timings especially sunday.
The water drainage system outside the guest house is very poor causing difficulty to walk during rainy season.
But overall this guest house is perfect for single man who wants to stay in economic lifestyle at Chennai.
