The rooms are good and clean and the view from the windows on a clear day is just beyond words. A clear view of the Kanchenjunga from just your bed kind of makes the day. The staff is helpful and prompt. The bad thing here is the food that they provide. It's below average and bad. So better to eat outside.

Hotel cost little high compare with respect of it's category I.e service and amenities. Bad smell from curtains and bed sheet. Poor service ever I had stay in hotels.
No drinking water available in room. Even no drinking water supplied on paid basis.
No exhaust fan in wash room/ toilet. Poor drainage of toilet causing bad smell. Only one good thing is a window towards Kanchenjungha view.
Stuff behaviour is very good and they are very helpful in every matters.
Food quality average.
Overall treibble night stay at hotel.

This is the worst hotel in middle pelling. Mainly hotel manager is too much rude. Don't know about their rooms and services,you can suggest other reviews. Most of them are bad. Now coming to their travel services, they are the biggest scam in pelling. We were visiting the sightseeings with panchak travels. They charged so much extra for a 3day package. We told them our plans which were changed according to their plan. We agreed on that. But on the second day they suddenly changed the plan. We gave our itineraries but they didn't agree on that day. They charged us extra just by ignoring everything. They didn't even talk to us. They had very rough behaviour with tourists. This is what going on with tourists in most places of sikkim. Because of these people,every good people got a bad name. Panchak travels are one of the most biggest scammers. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. OR YOUR MONEY WILL BE DRAINED OUT WITHOUT ACTUALLY VISING PLACES. If there were any places for tourism complaint,we would have gone there without any hesitation against them.
