They provided dirty rooms, and the washroom condition was very bad. The staff was very irresponsible and they didn't maintain any time. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this place.

Had an Amazing experience at HOTEL HERUKA staff members were really friendly and understanding and rooms were really spacious enjoyed staying there with beautiful view of kangchenjunga and beautiful rooms

Dirty kitchen, dirty staffs. You will definitely get upset stomach.Rooms are good but food is terrible.
