Worst and Pathetic Experience.

Below are issues faced with this Travels during our Rajasthan Trip for 9 Days:
About Vehicle:

We had booked in advance TT for our Trip from Udaipur Airport.
Even after paying advance amount, they didn't turn up on time.
After continuous followup and delay of 2 hours they tell that TT is unavailable due to some issues and we will arrange you imported vehicle for the same price.

Until they receive advance from us, they interact in hifi English and later we have to listen to their words.
At last, Isuzu vehicle bearing number RJ 27 TA 6179 reached airport to pick us up.
OMG, vehicle was in pathetic condition. I just can't imagine when was last service done for that vehicle.

Vehicle works only in 3rd, 4th and 5th Gears.
Moving from 1st to 2nd Gear/2nd to 3rd Gear and vice-versa you need guts and need to apply high pressure from your hands.
It doesn't even has RC Card, Insurance etc.
We were caught at least 4 times by Traffic cops and each and everytime the driver begs and pays some bribe to escape.
Battery Issue - Everyday we need to push vehicle front/back for engine to start. Almost 1 hour every morning was wasted. We thank people of Rajasthan for helping us daily to start the vehicle.
Speedometer doesn't work.

It should be scrapped asap and this people are just minting our hard earned money through this dead vehicle.

Driver:

This driver called Radheshyam is the worst driver i have interacted in my life.
His attitude and arrogancy are at peaks.
He doesn't even know left/right. Even after teaching for 9 Days, he still didn't learn left/right.
He crazily jumps signals in City Traffic.
He doesn't cross even 60 on highways but drives at high speeds in city traffic because 1st/2nd gears doesn't work and need to manage with 3rd gear in those traffic.
He never took bath for 9 days during our trip.
He smokes in the bus and covers it by burning Incense Sticks.
He doesn't even know to take a reverse. Minimum 3 people are required to guide him while reversing so that he doesn't bang from any corner.
He doesn't stop/park the bus at proper locations. At least 100 meters will be the difference.
He drives/controls steering only by one hand. Other hand he always holds the seat belt.
He doesn't even know the meaning of steady drive. He never drove straight. During his driving, concentration will not be on highway and it will be on either sides of the highway.
He never kept/removed luggages from vehicle. We have to do it by ourselves. We told him once to do it and because of his short temper, he threw the bag which got stuck to some nail and the bag was torn. Even after that he blames us.
We have jumped crazily, banged our heads to the roof in the bus and even fallen many times from our seat. Even after telling him n number of times, he didn't switch to 1st or 2nd gear during speed breakers.
We have reached all the cities atleast 4 to 5 hours late due to this driver. He took just 12 hours to reach from Bikaner to Jaipur.
We were not able to visit many planned tourist places just because of him.
Many places he just drops us in the main road and we need to commute through autos for many forts.
He would threaten us to get down of the vehicle in the middle of the road with our luggages during our journey.
He wants to dine out with us for every hotel we visited during our trip which we did out of courtesy.
For every time we fill diesel he has taken bills for extra money.

Owner:

They promised us they will change driver/vehicle, where as they neither changed driver nor vehicle during our course of trip.
Everyday we have shared media of battery issues to them, they respond it only through sad smileys.
Even after repetitive complaints of driver, they didn't do anything from their end.
They try to recover the entire amount from us before completing trip through Advance, EMI payment of their vehicle etc leaving only the Diesel amount from us.

Even after such royal treatment for food from us to driver, free Jeep Safari in Thar Desert and after paying full settlement to them on timely basis, they blame us.
