It's totally down because they didn't give any basic services like a bath kit dental kit, the AC of the room was slow. No cold water no laundry services including iron on clothes.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days the rooms were clean n room service was very quick . Its a decent hotel n best thing it is located in main city so very convenient to travel.

room was very good. it was clean and had ample space and they provided extra bedding without additional cost. Although bathroom showed bathroom but it's wasn't there. but it had cold and hot water. overall good stay at this rate.
