hotel room looks newly constructed but services is not good....they even did not provided us towel ,glass and soap which usually available on other hotels of this segment.we had asked them for these items. room have no ventilation enen in bathroom also, they don't change linen regularly...no food facilities in the hotel..we brought food from outside they provided plates to eat but quality was average and numbers were limited.. overall average hotel ..i will give 2.5 out of 5

rooms were too dirty and too dusty.it iwas not at all clean.i never stayed such a dirty 3 start hotel.room was having a lot of pegion shits and afraid about getting infections.in addition to that lot of dust also was there.i requested receptionist to change the room and one old fellow in the reception started arguing and asking extra money for changing rooms.there was one young fellow in the reception at least he was polite.room service also was bad we ordered tea and got after an hour.in addition to that i was waiting reception about 45 mnts for alloting rooms after a long journey reaching the hotel at 12 pm even though checkin time was 11 am.room was like a dust bin and please dont stay in this hotel.if u want to get infection then do it

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing (Mr. Arpit bhata is very good and helpful person).they went over and beyond to help makes our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.
