Good:
1) Clean, spacious apartment. Relatively new.
2) All appliances worked. A little stinginess with the batteries for the remotes....
3) value for money
4) On request, the host cleaned the apartment and arranged for autorickshaw

Bad:
1) Access road to the building is very narrow.
2) There are no shops nearby within walking distance
3) There was no dustbin in the apartment
4) Garbage was being dumped in the balcony/passage way
5) Given the location , a vehicle (two wheeler preferably) is mandatory to travel as autos charge exorbitantly
6) Parking which is advertised for the property is not within the property but on a small stretch of unoccupied land outside the building

Hard to find this oyo,living room and kitchen is common for 1bhk, service was good, cleanness little bit distance to visit beach

Decent stay. The care taker was good. The rooms are one room in a 2bhk.
