I booked at this hotel via Goibibo for 1 night stay in advance and gave the
option to Pay at Hotel.
I was promised for the stay, I got several messages from the Goibibo confirming
my stay. Trusting that I had travelled from Chennai with my family and on the way
I wanted to let them know that I will arrive 1 hour late for check-in.
When I called, I got an irresponsible answer from the Hotelier saying that
my booking is cancelled. I was so worried and he just tried to convince me.
Later point when I called the OYO Customer care in the begining, he said in my name
there is already someone checked-in. And when I checked my Goibibo site, it still says that I stayed
there. I could not forget that day when we were on the streets jus in search of hotels
as we had no options to stay there our plan changed and we got back to Chennai the same evening.

I have made complain on OYO for the same. Such Irresponsible Hoteliers should be not put in the List.
It was so hurtful to have been in the situation.

Pros: Spacious & value for money.
Cons: Slightly inside a small street & no close by restaurants/breakfast joints.

Would surely visit again.

Stay wasn't that much as expected...could have appointed a better caretaker who really cares for the customers ..water quality was very bad..room wasn't that much clean as expected..overall was not satisfied with the stay..not recommendable for family!
