We stayed at Ginger Pondicherry for 3 nights, in December of 2022. We were not happy with the rooms, they were small and poorly maintained. Hardly justified the booking price.
However, we had a very pleasant experience at their restaurant. The food was to our liking; the staff members were hard-working and courteous. Keep it up.
Overall, we had expected a better stay at a branch of the Ginger chain of hotels.

Asked for a sitting chair, not provided. One room only one chair, when 2 people are checked in on business tour. Electrical switches not working. Need extra points for charging. Extra bed light for reading. Bathroom door's lock, & sanitary Fittings very very old & not in good condition .

Reasonably well place to stay with trademark Ginger experience. The property is though old and infrastructure a bit run down. Still one feels secured in a neat well managed property with ample parking space. Bfast is good too.
