Below average is the quality of stay, lots of mosquitoes. Only recommendable if you don't get anywhere else to stay or of you're on a budget (I'd still suggest you to pay some extra bucks).

Worst residency. Bad smell. Worst bathroom condition. Rooms are dirty. No clean.
Found insects, bed bugs and many more. Complementary breakfast they are deneying to provide.
No wifi access providing as they said.
No proper response if we call for help. They will collect Rs.200 extra for cleaning charges.

Everyone there was rude. Be it person at reception or cleaning lady.
No one cleaned our room during our 2 day stay. But was asking for cleaning charges during check out time.
They charged 1500 per night. That was high according to me.
