I booked this marvellous 2bhk in Pondicherry on 26th sep 2019 for 30th sep to 2nd oct 2019. I called two times for confirmation to the mentioned number and confirmed the date and check in time. We reached that property, nobody was there. I called to OYO number, they send a message to my Whatsapp number and asked to send Id proof of 5 hipto their Whatsapp number. We had Id for me and wife, we didn’t keep the ids for my three children. But, they informed in previous conversations that primary guest Id proof required. In front of the locked door, they sent a link google location to my Whatsapp number (what a smart service?) and asked me to send the children Id proofs to that Whatsapp number. I sent our both Aadhaar to their Whatsapp, but they again asked children id proof after an hour through Whatsapp chat, really we had highly disappointed. The very worst experience and we lossed 2 hours time and happiness.Then we booked a deluxe suite in Raj Classic with my Id proof. If we book OYO service apartment, we will stand in middle of the street. Very bad experience with OYO.

Apartment is nice but there is no security available to open the gate also. Also the linen and towels provided are not clean.There are food strains everywhere.OYO checkin experience was horrible. Their App has payment issue and I have to wait in the parking space for more than an hour. Customer service is zero. Think thrice before taking any self service apartments as there are noone to assist in case of problem like this issue. They first gave a number to call if any issues. Once I faced an issue, they are again redirecting to another customer care number.

Had a very bad experience. Booked the property for two days through Agoda application. Got the confirmation of the booking. But the property was listed as OYO's. Had been waiting on the road calling the Oyo customer service back and forth! They were helpless asking me to call the Agoda customer care. But seems they are fraudsters. OYO must do better scrutiny before they list their properties on Third party applications. Else it would tarnish the image of OYO. And Agoda is a fraudster! I stand to loose the money I paid for two days accomodation and to find a new property after all this trouble.
