Rooms are ok, not great... Basic facilities like bed with tables (two sides) , TV, electric kettle are given..
I'm not really happy with their service... We stayed for two nights, no room cleaning was done unless we asked for... Even though coffee sachets & milk powder sachets were given, we had to ask for the tea cups.. No complementary meal or breakfast was given, although price was unreasonably higher in weekends. No toiletries except a medimix mini soap was provided in the bathroom with one towel even if it was a double bedroom.
Location is a plus.
There is a lot of scope for improvement.. My best wishes to the team RKN. ????

Bang in the middle of the city of Pondicherry bustling with commercial activities. Neatly maintained rooms, very good room service, good tasty food. But only 3-4 cars can be parked inside the compound. If city noise is not a thing that bothers you then this is a very good place worth its value for money.

If u r looking for budget friendly then go for it.

Very expensive place when compared to what services offered here.. breakfast quality wasn't great either.. no ventilation on rooms, cleanliness could have been better... Staff doesn't care about quality and is not polite.. when i asked for tea in breakfast i was told not available and when i complained about it response was go ahead and write what reviews you want to write and we don't care when i never mentioned myself about writing bad reviews.. Never ever stay at this place.. many reviews about this place are not correct with current time and could be fake
