Excellent location, great hospitality and service, the rooms are clean and decently sized. The beach is right across the road from the resort, the beaches are serene and literally devoid of people. There are other connected beaches to the north and south you can explore. Food prepared in house is good. The caretake is a very friendly and accommodating. Very close to shops and restaurants though it's very well isolated from bustle and people.

The Resort felt like home. The owner is a very friendly person and will make sure we have the best stay! He goes out of his way to make us feel at home away from home.
Hospitality in The Malabar Beach Resort is top notch and the staff were very friendly. The service they provided was very quick and good quality.
The food also felt like home. Will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family and will visit again! :)

Malabar is a unique hidden gem.
The resort is serene, tranquil and exquisitely beautiful.
The Malabar team provide a truly caring service and are genuinely happy to help.

The area is very quiet with only the sound of birds and distant waves.
Thottada beach is located immediately outside the main gate and is usually completely empty.

The home cooked food is fantastic and adjusted to individual taste.
It is also extremely plentiful.

Do allow yourself to visit this place and do nothing for a few days.
