Basic amenities of AC rooms. But the beach makes up for the experience. The soft sand and calm beach is much quieter than the main city beach.

One of the best places in term of location and hospitality. 5 stars for the owner of the property who opened the villa for our family at 9 pm just to facilitate us in the peak season when we could not find any hotel due to dussehra holidays. He was so humble that he provided us with breakfast on both the days of our stay. His humble gestures and clean accomodation really made us feel like home. The place was child friendly and we had a great time on the beach which was just outside the villa garden. The villa had a private beach so we didn't face any hassels Or overcrowding of tourists. Overall a great experience because of a flamboyant accomodation, generous host and mesmerising view. It was all worth it.

We arranged a bachelor party at this location. We had such a wonderful time there. This place is beautifully located near the beach. You can hear the sounds of the waves and feel the wind while sitting outside the building. About the building it's a small house with 4 rooms and a kitchen. Just like a home. I felt a homely feeling when I was there. Owner Sasidharan sir allowed me to use the kitchen, we cooked small dishes, made tea for midnight talks and early morning freshness. Best part, Wake Up early and walk to the left side straight through the beach, there is a big rock in the somewhat middle of the sea, Morning time it's low tide so you can walk through the water and climb the rock to have a wonderful morning vibe. Have a small jogging, not much busy beach more like a private ish beach. I recommend this place to visit and spend some time there with your loved ones. Affordable pricing options.
