The place is very well maintained and the staff is very polite and very helpful as well. The problem was solved Instantly.
The ambience is very bright. The waiting area is very comfortable. They also have a small play area for customer kids to play.
The service center is on the first floor, the showroom is on the ground floor.

OnePlus experience store is really helpful and it is maintained well by all staff. Friendly Atmosphere.. Cool Staff.. Positive Vibes.. Never Settle..!

Adding one star because you can't add zero!

Store is useless in terms of buying accessories for your OnePlus phone. Roadside shops do a better job of providing accessories and options for whatever phone you have.

Embarrassing for these people that you can't get a simple screen guard for your OnePlus phone in a store the size of a freaking building! Seriously shameful.
