This is a very well organised service center. I had an issue with my one plus camera so took it to the service center. There is a token system for all customers. And you can wait till your token is allocated to a service counter. The counter will provide a possible remedy with estimated costs and time needed. My phone's issue was resolved in 2 hrs (had to change the camera). Overall a good experience.

One of the best service centers I have ever visited in terms of proper quieng system and you can experience the other gadgets in waiting time.
And one of the worst service centers in terms of resolving customers issues regarding part change.

Cons: They don't have the proper mechanism to order parts of mobiles and deliver to customers. They don't even bother to follow up with customers whether the query of the customer is solved or not.
In my case I have visited 2 times for the front camera of the 9R model but they are unable to solve it. It's been 4 months since I've been continuously calling them and asking for the part but every time they say like it is in transit ????

As a loyal customer of one plus, I'm very much disappointed with this service. I have been using one plus since 6 years and have been following this brand closely for 9 years, I was expecting the resolution of the issue asap but they failed to do so.

Sorry to say but one plus has changed, missing Mr. Carl Pei's administration.
