Best service center for Hyperex Products. My headset was not working in one side so I visited to get it resolved. But this centre gave replacement of the whole headset in 10 days. Even they were locked there service centre but Kailash and back end staff opened all system up just for me to collect my headset. Thank you for the external support Buddies.

I had a disappointing experience at the HP laptop authorized service center.

The staff member who attended to my complaint misled me into believing that I needed to replace my laptop's keyboard, and quoted me a minimum estimate of ₹13000. As an electronics engineer, I knew this was grossly inflated and that the actual cost should be around ₹2500 to ₹3000 at most.

Unfortunately, the staff member was not open to listening to my concerns, and I had to go elsewhere to get the keyboard replaced at a fairer price of ₹2350 with a 3-month warranty.

I feel that this kind of service is unacceptable, and that customers should not be taken advantage of in this way.

I went for cleaning my laptop, got it cleaned and when I went home and started using it, I got a CMOS Error informing that my System Fan isn’t working.
I had no such problem before taking my laptop here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. HP Care more like HP Careless
