The service is good. I got my needs fulfilled within 5 minutes of placing a call to the front desk. The staff is courteous and professional. They even called me in my room to ask if I would like to have dinner as I hadn't ordered anything all day.
I didn't have any issues regarding my stay rather I am quite happy with the experience. The central AC is quite efficient in cooling the room.

Tip: One good part about most of the rooms is that many of the rooms are inter-connected with a door. So, if you are travelling with a large family, you can book these rooms and they will provide you the key to there door connecting the rooms.
Yes, they still use the good old keys and not smart card to open doors but I think that is good.

First of all this hotel has very untidy rooms which were assigned to us. After that when I have check-in at 1 o’clock, they already given me like room lately like after one and half hour then when I when I had to check out the room from next to next day and they charge me the late fees like late late charges which was Rs.500 and I asked them the bill about the late charges so they have given me the Rs.500. Simple bill without mentioning any GST number or GST deduction and they will simply charge me Rs.500. For which version what I have asked the validation of the bill. They simply cut the call and they were like whatever you want to do. You can speak to your CA or else we cannot do anything about it and you simply charge for one hour like I have stayed for only 1 hour half an hour or more than 1 o’clock my check out timing was 1 o’clock and I like checked out at 1:30 so they charge me Rs.500 so which is I wish I found very very ridiculous and which is not at all satisfied to the customer or a consumer
