Sustandard maintenance, horribly run shop. I had to buy a tie, and only they had that particular colour on JM road, so purchased from them. Tie was CRUMPLED, as were others (Shirts on display also crumpled). So I asked them to iron it. Then they supposedly “steam ironed”, gave me back a tie that was both crumpled and soaked in water. Was forced to buy since had no other choice, and ended up spending separately to laundry it. Will never go back.
