This 1 star is only for the staff and management. The staff is totally useless and arrogant.

Few negative points to mention-
1. The receptionist will ask you pay consultation fee as soon as you enter the hospital. They believe in prepayments.
2. This is 2023 and the hospital doesn’t take payments online. They only accept cash which is quite irritating. At least they should have a QR code to scan and pay. Even a simple puncture wala also receives online payment.
3. Receptionist and a few other staff members are very rude. They do not ans properly. They give answers like its a government hospital.

Very bad at managing patients appointments
Although the doctor is good but the staff is really bad. Not at all proactive. There was a pregnant lady almost 7 to 8 months of pregnancy and she had asked so many time to speed up her appointment for her her kid but the staff just keep on ignoring her. That is really really bad. Dr. Singade if you read this can you please make sure that such cases are given preference.
