I ordered some vegetables from the app. They were delivered on time but the quality of the vegetables was abysmal. I contacted the customer care and told them about the case. They not only refunded my amount but also delivered the same vegetables again in high quality.

I liked how steadfast their service recovery is and how passionate the team is about customer satisfaction.

I came across this platform to try it once. But I end up using it on daily.
Right from ordering essentials which gets delivered in less time to transport any package from one place to another.
The customer care has got responsive with time and helps with the item alternatives in case of items not available.
Loved the service. No packages are hampered and I like the company's no tampering policy which helps a customer like me to transport anything without any spillage and hesitation. Thank you Faito.

Removed the COD option so you have to pay. The app is backdated which doesn't update your orders. The customer contact number is switched off. They deducted my money 3 times and not provided the service. They are yet to refund my money and on top of everything, nobody is responding on any platform. Extremely bad service and response. i do understand the situation due to COVID, the least is to respond, even if you are not able to provide the service.
