I recently visited Haldiram's in Nagpur with my friends, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food and sweets they offer deserve a five-star rating. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy. I want to give a special shoutout to Rajesh, our waiter, who provided excellent customer service throughout our visit.

We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. The Pav Bhaji was flavorful, the Channa Chole had the perfect blend of spices, and the Dhahi Poori was a burst of tangy goodness. The Mutka Biryani was aromatic and filled with mouthwatering flavors. The Roti was soft and accompanied the dishes perfectly. We also savored the Dhal Makni and Dhal Dhadka, both cooked to perfection. The Rasamalai was a delightful dessert, and the Orange Burfi was a sweet and refreshing treat.

The only slight inconvenience was the limited seating on the ground floor. If you prefer dining on the first floor, you need to place your order downstairs before proceeding upstairs. However, this did not overshadow the overall experience. We were able to place additional orders from the first floor, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Overall, Haldiram's @ Nagpur deserves every bit of praise for their amazing food and sweets. The excellent customer service provided by Rajesh added an extra touch of hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful culinary journey.

4 stars for food as butter naans were significantly thin (not my preference) and honey chilli potato was the sweetest i ever had, completely missed the chilli in the name, honey was oozing out(that sweet). 2 stars for service as it was pathetic. Everything even basic was to be asked for like salt, pepper glasses to drink water and those too we were given small tea cups to have water. The atmosphere was good as expected from haldirams. Now i think even more that Haldiram's is the best for snacks and all but not so much for main course (paneer tikka masala was good though)

I recently went to this outlet on my visit to Nagpur. I had heard a lot about the Haldiram outlets in this city, and decided to give it a try for breakfast. I must say this place lived up to all the hype and expectations!

We ordered Chhole Bhature, Raj Kachori, Dahi Bhalla and Masala Dosa. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared. The stand out dish was definitely the Chhole Bhature, one of the best I’ve had for a long time.

The service was pretty quick, and they have maintained good cleanliness and hygiene standards. I would definitely go back to this place if I visit Nagpur!
