I have no idea why this hostel is so poorly rated on Maps. The rooms are as good as depicted on the official NMIMS website. See attached pictures for reference.
The rooms are spacious, quadruple shared, with a common bath and toilet area on each floor. The mess is on the ground floor. Washing machine facilities are also available. Pricing seems to be affordable compared to other private hostels and PGs which start from 4.5 to 5 lakhs a year.
Will revisit my review once I've stayed there.

I have given them 1 just because there rooms are spacious and you can use the AC all day. But the fact that the hostel is managed by such an arrogant warden just is not acceptable. He is rude and doesn't have basic manners. 0 respect and even tends to curse your parents at the slightest of disagreements. The way the facilities are managed are poor and the state of Hygeine is abysmal. It's at such a high price and even the food is not included. Better to invest in a pg. Just poor.

Recently renovated hostel administered by NMIMS. Has a total capacity of 160 seats across 4 floors. Two are AC and Two non-AC. Application is through nmims portal for hostel. All rooms are 4 seater. Layout is good and exactly as shown on website. Each bed has a pull drawer and a smaller area for storing luggage by lifting the head end board. Came to know from hostel staff that it is never fully occupied. Price may be one reason. However, for a new comer it is worth considering. It's near the management and engineering institute, has canteen facility besides others mentioned on website.
