1) Signage have been provided at platform to indicate where the reserved coach normally stops.

2) CCTV surveillance in the premises.

3) CISF staff has been deployed at stations.

4) Zero tolerance for drunkards and trouble makers.

5) Extra Wide Automatic flap gates for wheelchairs. Provision of wheelchair at stations. Handrails alongside stairs.

6) Station staff provides personal assistance.

7) Parking lots have been outsourced and provided at Metro stations for commuters to park their vehicles and use metro service.

8) Entry provided on both side of road to easy access.

Covid Essential staff are misstreated
At Andheri metro station

Here partiality is being done with customers, Near exit gate 5C railway connected foot over bridge is allowing people to come from indian railway locals

No staff is answerable why this rule is made that people are allowed to come from every where while going the say to go compulsory exit to Road.
I have seen lady with health issue not allowed to go also a Doctor was denied whereas people coming from other side (so called new customers for metro )are allowed , I have registered complaint with metro , reference number for your recent correspondence is 201028011 and we will revert in 72 hours.

Great connectivity. Well trained staff. Kudos to the customer care team. Aziz, Rajendra and lady at WEH (10:30 am) made my lost and found journey very easy.
