Unreliable, unprofessional management, gives random appointments, nor do they inform about the delays or cancellations nor Dr availabiliy is ensured post taking the appoinment, don't even answer the calls when patient turns up at the time given and Dr and staff everyone is missing

Well, answering to your response..everyone understands the delays but it needs to be at least communicated. Not informing and than not even answering the calls is certainly not professional. And that's why you have assistants, isnt it?? They are available all the time on call while taking the appointments and than they go missing when patients calls..
