I took my daughter to the hospital at 5 am after consulting with one of their doctors over the phone. The doctor charged me 500 before even reaching to the hospital. When I reached there, the staff was not polite and mostly were not even responding. The doctor during those hours just repeated the same things as doctor on call, i asked about teething, he asked me call the first doctor again. I was again charged 1000 rupees for prescribing the same medicine as before. You are running a hospital for babies who in most cases are not able to convey how they are feeling and their parents are scared and confused, least you can do is be polite and at least try and answer questions, you guys are charging more than any other doctor and providing substandard services with a hell lot of attitude! I am not going to recommend this hospital nor the pediatrician here.

Highly not recommended to anyone. The dr doesn't understand the problem from what baby is going and they scared the parents for their new born child. You people need some proper training.

Dr vivasan parekh is one of the best doctor I have come across till date. He is just like God for us....very gentle and polite doctor, He listens to parents & children patiently, doesn't advice medications unnecessarily. He believes in children's immune system and saves them from taking medications wherever not necessary (which is rare these days), staff is also helpful. Very clean clinic.
