BEWARE! This company has quality problems.

I purchased a hearing aid for my father (who is 80 years old) in October 2021 from Aura Ghatkopar(East). For the first 3 months, it worked fine and then the problems started. Every 2 - 3 months either the hearing aid would not hold a full charge or it wouldn't charge at all.
Every time my father went to Aura in Ghatkopar East to get the device repaired he was advised to leave the hearing aid and come back after a week. The serviced device would work for 2 - 3 months and then it would stop again. On his last visit (In January of this year) he was told the charger is completely dead and he needs to buy a new one, which he promptly did after paying Rs 350/-. Again, today the device has stopped charging.

When you question what was the problem with the hearing aid they do not give a straight forward answer.

It seems like this company takes people for a ride. DO NOT buy any hearing devices from this company if you REALLY want peace of mind.

Very bad experience for the service . I purchased hearing aid 1 year back but it was under repair for more than 4 times, and with the aura more than 4 months. waste of money . So dont purchase any hearing aid from aura.
