Iam living in Enchakkal,Trivandrum

I took it to be fixed and got it back like this. The screen was hit by something, and its pixels are damaged (dead). The given problem has not been fixed either. They handled my 55-inch Mi TV without much care.When I mentioned this to the service guy, he denied . Then he says that it was like that when I gave it to him. By doing so, we can understand their standard. when I am ready to complaining to the company before that they have cancelled my service request. I bought it in 2019, and before four years, the panel was compliant, and it was Rs 50000 at the time of my purchase. The service guy said that only the panel can be changed. Its price is Rs. 38,000. I will no longer purchase any Mi products in my life. Bad service and a bad product. Never give your product to either Samsung or Mi. Never give it to them.

My experience at the Xiaomi service center was somewhat disappointing. While I understand that service centers can get busy, the amount of time I had to wait in the queue was quite excessive. I arrived with a specific time slot, but it seemed that the center was understaffed, leading to a prolonged wait before I could even get my turn.

Moreover, the approach to checking charges for the services provided was not handled appropriately. I expected a transparent breakdown of the costs, but instead, I felt that the charges were not adequately explained, leaving me a bit uncertain about what I was being billed for.

The availability of technicians also seemed to be limited. With only a few technicians present, the center appeared to be struggling to handle the volume of customers seeking assistance. This resulted in longer wait times and potentially rushed or less thorough assessments of the devices.

On a positive note, the staff members were polite and did their best to address my concerns. However, the overall experience left me feeling that the service center could benefit from better management, more staff, and improved processes to streamline customer interactions and ensure a more efficient and satisfactory experience.

In conclusion, my visit to the Xiaomi service center had its shortcomings, particularly in terms of queue management, transparency in charges, and the availability of technicians. I hope that these aspects can be improved in the future to enhance the overall service quality for customers.

There was no proper response and an arrogant attitude from the employees. The staff was very rude. I had to go to the service center in person. There was one person named Faisal who identified himself as a manager, even though he is not one. He was the one who was not providing proper response and not attending the questions...This type of employees give bad reputation to this center...
