Please dont give phone or tab for service. I have given my tab( honor pad 5)for software update as sometimes it got hanged. What they do is broke my tab screen and didnt fix problem also. Now they are asking rs.11,000 for changing screen and rs. 28,000 for changing board. Price of new tab only rs.14,000. Then they never attend call also.

Not good. I have given my mobile for battery replacement. I got it replaced. But, as my previous battery was not damaged, I told to return my old battery back. They tried to betray me by giving a totally damaged battery taken out from some other phone. The complaint for my old battery was it drains out immediately when it reaches 20%. Their communication is to bad. I waited for half an hour after taking token, for collecting my mobile back after service. When I reached at the counter only I could knew that there is no need for token for collecting serviced items. The notice stating this is placed on the side of the main door. It will be better if they placed the notice on the token machine.

It was not a good experience for us. One of my friend has given her honor mobile for servicing back cover. Before giving there her mobile finger print sensor was working but after servicing it was not working.They didn't even tell that we've to buy the back cover with finger print now they are asking extra money.
