Staff themselves crowd up near the customers' queue at the cash counter, causing inconvenience. One large guy blocked the path and was speaking on the phone. Nobody seemed to care.

Also, very slow billing process. Not all counters were open.

Guy at the Celio store was good. I bought 4 items from there.

I visited to buy Michael Kors watch.

Yes they got pretty decent collection of watches.

Their is a discount going on for old collection and for new arrivals no discount as such.

Sales person is very polite and explained each and everything.

They only registered on website for authentication and for warrenty.

Stepped in Shoppers stop Orion Mall today at Bengaluru. Must be my first visit in almost a year in any Shoppers Stop store, well, I regret it. None of the cosmetic brands can give the products to avail B2G1 offer. My 3 cards were swiped 4 times to get the payment through, deducted from my account 1 time but sale was unsuccessful. CRM person Arun was not welcoming to either the feedback or the issue. They don’t know what to do. Asked me to give them a day’s time. Are you for real? Why would a customer have to followup for a day to get a transaction failure slip/detail. Spent 42 min till now and still don’t have a solution from Shoppers Stop Orion Mall CRM team. I am never coming back.
