Quite unprofessional, rude and unethical staff. They just want money from customer and can go to the extent of even coning them. My billing was done by Mr Sunny Prajapati and during the billing I double checked with him if the products are in discount. He confirmed and I had no reason to doubt him. Later I found that it was a lie! Now since the money is already gone, they won't refund it.

This is quite surprising from a renowned brand! Not sure if it is a company policy or the person is serving his notice period!

Also, there was no drinking water available at the premium store!

The staff here is so rude and least helpful. I went to the billing counter and the lady was on her phone, asked her if she can bill my things and she said no because she was waiting for someone else to get their items billed. She said that it will take a while for me to bill my things and asked us to leave .Never going back ????????????

Such terrible service , so disappointed, disrespectful stuff , horrible experience, do what they feel like , unacceptable behaviour,the staff isn’t picking calls from other stores , the store manager r is so rude and it’s so Awful to be here , I hope they improve on their issues and have better people there to respond and not make customers wait over hours for their stupid mistake !
