Although the shirts are of decent quality, I have issue with the culture of store staff. The Manager and Staff are only concerned with selling the item and not post sale service.
They claim that some discount would be given but when you ask them to do it they ask for voucher code via sms which never arrives. They also make it really hard to exchange items which has genuine defect. The customer care number given on products do not work and you will be left at the mercy of store manager to resolve the issue as there is no escalation mechanism.

Arrow is a popular brand that deals in suiting & shirtings and office wear and as well as formals also. Its showrooms are all over india as well as outside of india.

When you talk about the shoes they are the good brand in this category also.I bought a shoe worth 2500 rs two years ago and till now it is working nicely it is in perfect condition.it is comfortable and easy to wear.I recommend everyone to go with this brand its durable, comfortable and great value for money.
