Very bad quality, very bad after sales service, very rude staff. I purchased so many jwelleries from here looking at the past experience , but this store specially the Phoenix marketcity store is the worst . They gav me bracelet tat was broken. As i asked to replace the lady there just blindly put feviquick. It went to the all holes in the pearls and destroyd the bracelet. N top of tt she was blaming me for tat.. i asked for replacement , refund , repair but nothing worked for them.. they directly gave me the product n said u take it we cant so anything..

Peral earrings was broken right after we took it home . When we e went to the shop for repairing it . They did not even bother to slice the issue . We had to get the earring repair from outside. Very Pathetic service !

I would have given 0 star if there was an option for that.
I went there at morning , so it was not busy at all. But still they were not ready to show the jewels. Customer service is really bad. I often buy from tanishq and joyallukas and even when its crowded they still attend with happy faces
