I purchased a sandal from this store. I had clearly asked the staff about the scratches and damage before purchase. Within 2 mins of usage, it’s damaged. They even refused to exchange the pair. It had just been 2 days.
This store is really not worth of buying crocs.
The staff is also not at all helpful. They were rude when I asked for exchange.
I suggest whoever is reading this to never visit this store.
Also, the price was quite higher than online and the quality was not at all up to the mark.

0 stars, We unfortunately left the helmet in the store. After sometime we went to check back the helmet. The store person is behaving harshly and saying it would have been scrapped if we come 15 mins later.
He has also tried to beat us, It has been clearly recorded in camera.
Please look into this at priority. As it concerned with customer safety.

I didn't buy and I told upfront that I'll buy through from crocs app as it has discounts but the staff there still assisted me telling the advantage of each one I asked. They were humble and interactive to me, am happy for the free service. Appreciated ❤️
