I bought two pairs of sandals for my wife on 21st April. One of the sandals was a belt locking type. We were given a new pair of sandals after billing, which they didn't open for confirmation. We went to our home and checked In one of the sandal, a lock for the belt was missing. We return back to the store showing the manager about it, he doesn't want to give a small lock. We are ready to pay for the lock as well, but they dont have replacement for the mistakes they do. Worst management I have ever come across. Everyone makes mistake, but they should be able to correct it too. Learn from your mistakes or you will learn it the hard way.

Collections are good. But number of products are less. Also, sizes are not available. We can place a order to home as suggested by the Shop Keepers. Get discounts over the weekends(not sure on every weekend).

Went today for shopping and billing was a pain.. only 1 counter and the person doing the job wasn’t queuing customers properly at all. Either the shoes kept in sequence was chosen sometimes and corresponding customers were called or the customer queue, WHICH WAS NOT AS PER THE SHOE SALE LINE UP, was given preference. Had my patience tested for almost 15 minutes, which could have been faster.
Recommendation: Lots of other Bata stores in the city to get better customer service!!
