The hotel has nice and clean rooms.
The reception area has a good ambience.
Good service.
Excellent dining area and they provided good food, we enjoyed
But we got hot water after 7 am I think it was due to the power problem in that area.

I don't know what is the issue with these guys in case of bookings, I found them confused and unable to handle customers.
I had been charged extra for breakfast bcoz of their booking mistake. At the time of check-in they told my booking is MAP so we had breakfast but at the time of checkout they said that the plan was EP so I have to pay extra for breakfast.

Please be extra careful and double check everything while checking in.

Spent three nights in the hotel. Had mixed feelings regarding the service. Initially they provided us blanket with torn cover, but when complained immediately replaced. Common areas of the hotels are spacious, neat and clean. However rooms getup like painting, furniture makes it awful. Food was good and service very prompt.
