Extremely poor management, unprofessional behaviour with the guests. They only know business. They are here only to make money. Serving guests is not in their priority list. My mother stayed there for 3 nights through a travel agency. First 2 nights were fine. On the last night the owner told my mother to hand over her phone, so that they could give the hotel review on Google on behalf of her. But my mother somehow avoided the situation because it wasn't safe enough to give someone's personal phone. Then later at the night the owner and the staffs came to her room and asked her to leave the room and settle for a smaller room as there were new guests. but my mother declined because it was her last night, she didn't want to move everything again and also she paid money to stay there. Then they started to harass her. They misbehaved with a lady who was there all by herself. Nobody should experience such experience. It was horrifying.

Very beautiful view. We stay in basera hotel for four nights. We feel staying in our home. Friendly staff.

I stay in hotel basera for three nights. With my family. Very friendly staff,esfacilly imtiyaz. helpful person i sugest to gusts plz come this hotel and stay......... enjoying movments thanku Mr imtiyaz
