We stayed there for 3 days, Food is very bad, despite having Dinner included in our package we had our dinner outside. They are providing very old towel in Bathroom, staff is also hopeless. Hotel is providing 600ml/day complimentary water, we even asked them to take the complimentary water back.

Only good thing is that room are equipped with Hot/Cold AC.

I don't recommend this hotelA very decent hotel located right in the center of Srinagar, which allows easy transport to any part of Kashmir. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffet will leave you speechless. Must recommended for everyone travelling to Srinagar.

Very bad service, no basic amenities like the press, hair dryer etc..we paid 7500 per night and stayed 3 nights, breakfast was third class. Not recommended, renovation work was going on so very disturbing. Don't believe their positive reviews all those are fake.
