The staff was consistently excellent in terms of their manners and professionalism.... Always a warm greeting and helpful attitude whenever we interacted with them. The lady at the reception was particularly outstanding.... Going as far as to offer her own gloves to my wife when she needed it. The rooms were super clean and very well decorated. The food was also very very good.

The rooms were good. The hotel looks pretty decent. The heating mechanism at the washroom doesn't work half of the times! The washroom also has other minor issues. The staffs are courteous. But the service is slow at times. The food options are limited, but the food quality is quite good. Overall an average stay as per the rate charged.
