Pros
Decent pool with lot of potential
Good staff and support

Cons
Costly for the quality it offers
Dirty water and slippery floor. Even with multiple complaints no one bothers about the quality
The tiles are falling apart and in general the water is not the cleanest
Timing is so restricted. With coaching happening all day there is not much time for members to use the pool at useful times
Washrooms are slightly better than public washrooms with only 2 for a crowd of 20 people swimming at a time in general.
No towels provided either.

Health hazard definitely exists due to the callous attitude of the maintenance team.

Savera will not be my first preference for a clean swim in chennai. It will be the preference if all other options are ruled out

Advice to management

- take clean water seriously and take action to clean the water daily. It's dirty water now
- add few more shower and change room
- change timing to upto 10pm. Office goers cannot get any useful time as this pool is rented to coaching staff in the morning.
- members should be treated decently and heard as it appears you are more bothered about coaching money than building members.
- please change your cleaning contract to someone who can actually keep the pool clean.

Sorry to say but dirty pool is a poor image.

I have already reviewed our Happy experience. There are no weekend classes for learners. The swimming classes are Monday through Friday. Further you have to become a member either for a month or for a quarter etc to have access and use of the pool.
